Start with a House Pisco Sours at the bar before moving on to the Ceviche station where the chef will walk you through the history of the dish, preparation, flavouring and the most truly exceptional ceviche recipes that will be sure to impress all your friends.

After the masterclass, you will then be seated for a full feasting menu showcasing the best of Peru Perdu's menu.
